Our Process

To deliver your website or web application to your specifications and requirements, we use a Four Step Process. We clarify your requirements; we then design the prototype of your website or web application, which evolves through development into the final product for launching. We believe in supporting our clients post launch to ensure the project continues to grow and succeed online.

1. Early assessment of your unique requirements

The first step is to understand your unique needs and then provide you with an approximate plan of action and estimate for your consideration.

To start this process, we need you to tell us about your project or requirements by completing the Project Plan below. After assessing your requirements, our Project Manager will contact you to review the details or arrange a consultation to better understand your requirements. Together, we establish the project goals and schedule, identify the target audience and strategy. We then prepare a plan of action/schedule and also provide you with a written estimate for your consideration.

2. Website Design and Development Project

On your approval to proceed, Web365 will commence the design and development of your website or web application. The project will be divided into the following phases:

• Phase 1 - Planning and scheduling is crucial from the outset. We identify and confirm functional specifications, develop technical scope and create/confirm the site architecture (site map).
• Phase 4 - We develop the site using the graphics, content, navigation, content management system and customised functionality.
• Phase 2 - We design the prototype of the website or web application. We present the wireframe for the client's approval.
• Phase 5 - Following completion of the site’s development, we undertake testing of the new website including evaluating its performance. We provide clients access at this stage to undertake user acceptance testing.
• Phase 3 - We commence the design process by developing the website’s look and feel, the flow of content, logical organisation of information as well as the site’s functionality. We provide the client with mockups of the layout design for their approval.

3. Website Launch

Following successful testing, the website is deployed to the live server and launched. Training is provided on how to update your website  and also how to make the most of your website or application.
